Talks

Talks are 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes for discussion. Please upload your talk to the presentation computer during the break before your talk session. If you want to use your own laptop and your laptop is a mac, please bring an HDMI connector.

Posters

Poster boards are about 5ft wide by 4ft high. Poster presenters are expected to be at their posters 12:30-2:00 PM. Posters boards are in the main hall of Pugh Hall (“The Ocora”). Please put up your poster when you arrive. You will receive a poster number at check-in. Push pins will be provided.  We suggest you take down the posters by the end of the afternoon coffee break. Posters not removed by 5:15 pm will be discarded.”
