Presentation Info

All presentations will take place over Zoom and consist of a 20 minutes presentation followed by 10 minutes of Q&A. Please ensure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of Zoom on whatever device you intend to use for your presenting and participating in the conference.

Presenters have the option the present ‘live’ with screen sharing or to have a pre-recorded presentation (no longer than 20 minutes) play followed by live Q&A (10 minutes). Whether you plan to present live or not, we are asking all presenters to pre-record their presentation and send it to conference organizers in order to guard against technical difficulties the day of the conference.

Directions on how to record your presentation using Zoom can be found in this document: Zoom Guide-Record to Cloud. You may also record your talk by other means and save your talk to a Google Drive folder and share it with us.

Once recorded to the cloud, please share your presentation with the organizers at acal51.52 and avery.bender@ufl.edu.  You can share by Google Drive or email attachment. Please share your presentation by April 4th.

We also request that you send your handout to acal51.52@gmail.com  by April 4th as well. We will make these available for download so that audience members can take home your handout just as they would at an in person conference.
